CollegeHippo has made it easier for you to look for master’s degree programs and colleges who offer them. Through our own search engine, you can find universities and colleges based on your GRE scores with ease. Once you create your own account in our site, you’ll also be able to keep a list of your favorites or prospective colleges.
Step 1. Visit CollegeHippo Site.
In your web browser’s address bar, type www.CollegeHippo.com.
Step 2. Click on Graduate Programs.
Using the mouse, click on the Graduate Programs tab. It will direct you to the page where you can find programs and colleges based on your GRE scores.
Step 3. Finding Colleges Based on Your GRE Score.
Scroll down until you get to the photo shown. Click on the “Graduate School Based On GRE Score” link.
Step 4. Enter your Information.
Once the page is done loading, scroll down and enter your information. The search will require your name, and GRE scores. If you haven’t taken your GRE test yet, you can take free GRE prep tests online that you can convert into your real GRE scores. GRE scores are split into three score: Verbal, Quantitative, and Analytical Writing (AWA).
Depending on you, you can choose which Field of Study you’re looking into through the drop down menu.
The TOEFL/IELTS field is required only for international students. Most universities and colleges in the US require students that do not live in English speaking countries to take at least one English proficiency exam.
Once you’ve done filling in the information, don’t forget to click that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Afterwards, click “Find.”
Step 5. Find Best Suited Colleges.
The results will give you the best colleges you can choose from for a graduate degree. In this example, we’ve used “Computer and Information Sciences.” There are four categories you can look into: Tough, Moderate, Safe, and No Minimum GRE Score Required.
Step 6. Add to Favorites.
Once you’ve looked through the options given, you have the ability to save your chosen colleges in you Favorites. You will need to Register in the site to add colleges and universities into your favorites.
