GRE is not required at John Hopkins University for the Data Science Masters program.
The admission requirements for Masters in Data Science are listed below:

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university or college.
GPA score must be 3.0 or more on a scale of 4.0.
Official transcripts must be submitted.
No GRE required.
Resume.
Prior education must include the following prerequisites: calculus, JAVA or Python, and Data structures. A grade of B− or better must have been earned in each of the prerequisite courses.
