Is there a GRE requirement for admission to the data science program at the University of Southern California?
Also, please give the list of admission requirements to Grad programs in Data Science and the timeline to apply the application.

The University of Southern California is one of the few universities that have no minimum GRE test score requirements for admission MS program in Data Science at USC.
If the GRE scores are not submitted by the applicants, a holistic review will be performed for the entire application, including overall academic records and success in courses that emphasize quantitative, scientific, and engineering skills, personal statement, CV or resume, and any supplemental materials that are provided in the application.
The GREs taken within the past 5 years are accepted for the Master of Science in Computer Science with Specialization in Data Science masters degree program at the University of Southern California.
Other Application requirements are:
- ElectronicTranscripts from all colleges and universities attended need to be submitted.
- Resume or CV
- A personal statement
- Letter of Recommendation.
- International students whose first language is not English are required to submit the TOEFL OR IELTS scores.

GRE scores are presently waived for the Online and On-campus Data Science Masters program for the academic year 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic at USC.
The University of Southern California provides enrollment twice a year for students to get into the MS in Data Science program.
The application deadline is as follows:
- September 15 for Spring Semester
- January 15 for Fall Semester
Other admission requirements for Online masters in Data Science at USC are:
- Transcripts
- Resume/CV
- Personal Statement
- Two letters of recommendations
