I have heard that today’s job market is very competitive and if you want to compete with others you have to leave your mark with your qualifications and results. I am about to complete my undergraduate program in next few months and have decided to continue my passion of computer science by pursuing masters in computer science and engineering from the University of California. My undergraduate classmates have told me that there is minimum GRE score requirement to get in the University of California. I would really appreciate if someone could confirm the statement of my classmates and tell me the other general admission requirements of the University as well.

I’ve already completed by Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science back in 2014. After that, I started working for a small company due to financial constraints. Now, that I’m better off, I think it’s important to get a Master’s Degree in Computer Science to further progress in my career. I’ve recently decided to quit my job so I can become a full time student in the University of Wisconsin-Madison for their MS program in computer science. I’ve already looked through their site, can you tell me if there are any more specifications relating to GRE score, letters of recommendation, and transcripts for this university?

Thanks in advance!

I’ve recently received my undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering. I want to increase my knowledge in the field by taking up my masters. I know that I’m very competent as I received high grades in my undergraduate studies. Emory University seems to be the likely choice for me since I have a lot of things to consider. I want to know all the prerequisites to get admission and what are the requirements related to GRE score?

A little background, I want to pursue a higher degree, so I decided to go with New York University’s Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering program. I’m almost done with my Bachelor’s Degree, and my cumulative GPA is pretty high. However, my undergraduate degree is not in Computer Science, so I was wondering if NYU will take this into account during admissions. Moreover, what are the standard GRE score and other general admission requirements of the University?

I took GRE recently and my score was not that great. I am planning to retake GRE . I am confused about how the score will be reported to universities . Will universities consider my latest scores or will they aggregate scores from all my attempts ?
