Admission Requirements for Graduate Programs at Capella University

MEd in Teaching and Learning - No GRE

The admission requirements for the MEd in Teaching and Learning program are:

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
2. Minimum 2.3 GPA
3. Official transcripts
4. GRE scores are not required for admission.

MBA in Project Management: GRE not required.

Admission Requirements for MBA in Project Management:

• A bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or from an internationally recognized institution
• Official transcripts, with a minimum grade point average of 2.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• No GRE or GMAT scores are needed.

MS in General Information Technology: GRE not required.

Admission Requirements for MS in General Information Technology:

• A bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or from an internationally recognized institution
• Official bachelor's transcripts, with a grade point average of 2.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• GRE or GMAT scores are not required.

Master of Science in Clinical Psychology: GRE not required.

Admission Requirements for Master of Science in Clinical Psychology

• No GRE or GMAT scores are needed.
• A bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or from an internationally recognized institution.
• Official bachelor’s transcripts, with a grade point average of 2.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Online MS in Psychology - No GRE Required

Applicants to the MS in Psychology program must provide the following information for admission:

• A bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or from an internationally recognized institution
• Your official bachelor’s transcripts, with a minimum grade point average of 2.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• A valid, government-issued form of photo identification
• A $50 nonrefundable application fee, is required at the time of application, to cover transcript requests, transcript evaluation, and other administrative costs
• Applicants for our FlexPath self-paced learning option will be evaluated for admission with a holistic review. Applicants with a GPA of less than 2.8 (recommended minimum) may be required to submit additional documents for review. Contact an enrollment counselor to learn more about the FlexPath admission requirements

GRE and GMAT are not required for admission.

International and FlexPath applicants will be subject to additional admission requirements.

Online Masters in Mental Health Counseling Degree- GRE not required.

Admission Requirements for Online Masters in Mental Health Counseling Degree:
