A Master's in Cybersecurity is offered at Harvard University. Students can select the elective classes that most interest them, delving into subjects like networking, application security, cryptocurrency and blockchain, and crypto. Some learning outcomes of the master's program are:

  • Gain the expertise needed to organize, oversee, and maintain the networks, applications, and computer infrastructure security of a company. 
  • Develop knowledge of communications technology, architecture, and management as well as data network infrastructure.
  • Create plans to reduce security threats in both cloud-based and conventional environments.
  • Create and disseminate enterprise information security policies that effectively handle threats from both the inside and the outside, both domestically and internationally.

Scholarships:

The Extension School offers grants that pay the tuition for one graduate course per term. The course must not be offered by the Extension School's curriculum and must be relevant to the candidate's subject of study there.

By the priority deadline for fall or spring, students must finish and submit all necessary financial aid application forms as well as the supplemental FAS Special Student Scholarship application in order to be eligible for scholarships.
