What we liked: This is a 36-credit non-thesis Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics that can be completed in as little as 12 months. This program offers a combined dietic internship option which provides students with valuable experience in providing nutrition care to individual clients. The curriculum is designed to provide students with the expected clinical care, food service management, and other skills and competencies approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
