The Master of Science in Management program is offered by Troy University. The graduate program, which is student-focused, is designed for working professionals and may be finished by enrolling in two courses every term. By selecting a leadership, project management, or talent development specialization, students may customize their master's in management degree to fit their professional interests and objectives.

It is a 30-credit program that can be completed in one to two years. This quick-paced management program includes assignments and interactive, practical learning activities. Students can investigate, debate, and apply course-related concepts in actual situations with the aid of these interactive projects.

They build and enhance their general management and leadership abilities for employment in business, government, the military, or nonprofit organizations — both in the United States and abroad—through these practical exercises. The program is available in three concentrations:

  • Master's in management concentration: Leadership: Students learn how to include employees at all organizational levels and to provide opportunities for practical learning for those who may have management positions in the future.
  • Master’s in Management concentration: Talent development and training: Students learn how to choose, develop, and keep the best talent to achieve the objectives of their firm in the fiercely competitive global market. 
  • Master’s in management concentration: Project management: Students prepare for project management positions with a wide range of specializations and opportunities abroad with this well-liked concentration. The most popular project management tool, Microsoft Project, will be utilized by them firsthand.
