1. A bachelor's degree.
2. Three letters of recommendation.
3. A personal statement.

3. A 2-3 page double-spaced personal statement explaining your interest in your intended program, why you are pursuing said program, and how this program can help you reach your career goals.
4. International applicants who are not native English speakers are required to complete a test of English proficiency.
5. The GRE is optional;however, all applicants are required to address the GRE in their application. Applicants may submit GRE scores OR request a GRE waiver.
6. Two letters of recommendation are required.

School Law Online Graduate Certificate
Requirements for admission to the School Law Online Graduate Certificate Program at University of Connecticut:
1.Applicants must have completed a baccalaureate degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.
2.A personal statement from the applicant addressing his/her reasons for applying and his/her plans for the future.
3.Three letters of reference from individuals who can address the candidate's potential for success.
4.Current resume or CV.
5.Unofficial transcript(s) for all undergraduate and graduate coursework.
6.Official college transcript(s) mailed to The Graduate School.
