Admission requirements for Master of Arts in Communication at the University of Connecticut:

1. A bachelor's degree.

2. Three letters of recommendation.

3. A personal statement.

4. A writing sample.

5. A CV/resume.

6. Complete post-secondary transcripts.

7. For international applicants, provide TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE scores. With a minimum overall score of 550 for the paper-based test or 79 for the internet-based test.

8. GRE scores are not required for Master of Arts in Communication.

Master of Science (MS) program in Business Analytics and Project Management - GRE is required

Masters in Public Policy

MPA and MPP applications are completed through the Graduate School’s Online Application.

1. Unofficial transcripts for all college-level studies regardless of if a degree was awarded.

2. A current resume

3. A 2-3 page double-spaced personal statement explaining your interest in your intended program, why you are pursuing said program, and how this program can help you reach your career goals.

4. International applicants who are not native English speakers are required to complete a test of English proficiency.

5. The GRE is optional;however, all applicants are required to address the GRE in their application. Applicants may submit GRE scores OR request a GRE waiver.

6. Two letters of recommendation are required.

7. A one-time application fee of $75 for graduate applicants applying online

School Law Online Graduate Certificate

Requirements for admission to the School Law Online Graduate Certificate Program at University of Connecticut:

1.Applicants must have completed a baccalaureate degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.

2.A personal statement from the applicant addressing his/her reasons for applying and his/her plans for the future.

3.Three letters of reference from individuals who can address the candidate's potential for success.

4.Current resume or CV.

5.Unofficial transcript(s) for all undergraduate and graduate coursework.

6.Official college transcript(s) mailed to The Graduate School.

7.The GRE and Residence Affidavit are not required for School Law Online Graduate Certificate Program at University of Connecticut.

8.Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) on the application are required fields.

9.A non-refundable $75 application fee.

10.International students must submit Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), a minimum overall score of 550 for the paper-based test or 79 for the internet-based test.

Molecular and Cell Biology PhD and MS Program

Completed Applications include the following:

1. Completed UConn Graduate School application.

2. Unofficial transcripts of all previous college and/or university work

3. Three letters of reference (electronic submission of recommendation letters is preferred)

4. Personal statement describing your interest in and experience with science

GRE Scores are no longer required and will not be used in considering your application.

Application desdline is February 15th.

Online Master of Science in Accounting: NO GRE required.
