I really appreciate the strength-based approach the program offers and the courses are solution-focused. Through clinical social work, I am able to work not only with the individual, but also with the community.
Graduates work in a variety of public and private settings that offer services that address every facet of life.
Interested students may study abroad and participate in global social work through partnerships in London, Ireland and India.
We offer certificates in addictions, gerontology and other disciplines. We also offer a credential in School Social Work as well the Child Welfare Collaborative, a traineeship for future child welfare workers.
All programs in the School of Social Work are accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
