Healthcare Management and Administration Master’s program at Yale University
MPH in Health Care Management
The HCM curriculum is unique in that it combines courses at the Yale School of Management (SOM) with courses at the School of Public Health. The longstanding, unique partnership between YSPH and SOM provides exemplary management education and ensures that our students are exposed to both schools. The HCM program is but one demonstration of Yale’s commitment to collaboration between schools and flexibility in building a course of study to meet your individual aspirations.
The close integration of our program, between YSPH and a top 10 ranked business school such as SOM, is not something that any other MPH program in the United States can offer.
The curriculum is curated each year in a joint effort between SOM and YSPH to ensure that our students are able to access the best learning opportunities at both schools. Students will take courses such as Accounting, Negotiations, Competitive Strategy, and Managing Marketing, at SOM, with experienced Professors in Management, and take foundational courses in Health Policy, Finance and Management from our very own Professor Howard Forman.
