The Goddard PEN North American Scholarship, now in its third year, is the result of a partnership between Goddard’s low-residency MFA in Creative Writing Program and PEN America, PEN Canada, and PEN Mexico, which together comprise the North American branches of PEN International, the world’s preeminent literary organization.

The primary purpose of the Myers Midwifery Scholarship Fund is to provide for students of color to complete the Master of Science in Midwifery program, as one part of a community strategy to increase the number of midwives of color in the profession. These scholarships and awards are funded entirely through the generous gifts of many who believe in the mission of the Midwifery, to educate and inspire leaders in midwifery and maternal health systems.
Delta Mu Delta is an international honor society established to recognize and reward superior scholastic achievement of students in business administration. The purpose of Delta Mu Delta is to promote higher scholarship in education for business, and to recognize and reward scholastic attainment in business subjects. As a member of FMA, a national organization, students gain access to FMA extensive library forecasting competition, job posting board, and international networking and award opportunities. Plaster College of Business and Computer Science offers many privately funded department and college-level scholarship opportunities for its students.

Through the charitable support from the university healthcare partners, as well as members of the WMU Board of Trustees, and others in the community, an endowed scholarship fund in President Dunn name has been established to celebrate these achievements and honor President Dunn. Ryan Family Foundation Scholarship is awarded annually for tuition to the top-ranked rising third-year student at the conclusion of Foundations of Medicine, and the top-ranked rising fourth-year student at the conclusion of third-year clerkships. An individual student may receive this scholarship than once. Capelli Endowed Scholarship provides tuition assistance to a medical student at WMed. The scholarship is awarded to a student in any year of study based on academic excellence and financial need.
Each year in the spring semester applicant will have the opportunity to for one of several scholarships available to and graduate students through one easy to complete form. The scholarship deadline for both and graduate scholarships is March 31st each year. Each semester Sigma Theta Tau Honor International Honor Society of Nursing, Delta Eta Chapter, awards a Student Recognition Award to a graduating and graduate student.
Scholarships are available to help with the cost of their study and than 90% of the university students receive institutional aid. This amount should be greater than the amount of tuition without scholarship 3,000$
