Since 2005, Moore has awarded Visionary Woman Scholarships with the goal of increasing opportunity and access to high-quality visual arts education to a broad and diverse array of talented women, many of whom may not have otherwise had the ability to pursue careers in art and design. The Priscilla Backman Scholarship for Activism was established to honor the memory of Priscilla Backman (1922-2015), a 1943 graduate of Goddard’s Junior College and a 1946 graduate of the Bachelor of Arts program. The Priscilla Backman Scholarship for Activism shall be open to all women who are new students pursuing the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees at Goddard College, regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, disability, age, or veteran status, subject to the following criteri .

A student cannot receive this scholarship and the New or Current Student Scholarship, but if selected for an award, the student will receive the scholarship that provides the most financial benefit. Some Music Scholarship are processed as part of the Current Student Scholarship, so music students with financial need should complete the Current Student Scholarship each semester. The purpose of the fund is to award a scholarship annually to one or law students enrolled at Empire College School of Law to assist them in the completion of their legal education. The Olga Gracey Scholarship was established by the Student Bar Association of Empire College School of Law in March 1981 in memory of Olga Gracey, a first-year law student who died tragically in a fire in February of the same year. The purpose of the trust is to award a scholarship annually to qualified first-year law students enrolled at Empire College School of Law. Some examples are the Sonoma County Women in Law Scholarship and the Michael F. Many law firms throughout the United States offer private scholarships from their firms. Howard Lumber Business Scholarship This scholarship is available to rising or existing seniors enrolled in the Parker College of Business pursuing any major. PMG Scholarship Recipients of this scholarship shall be either a rising sopho junior, or senior working toward a major within the Parker College of Business. Moore’s Visionary Woman Honors Program is the College’s most prestigious scholarship program, for talented, motivated and future-focused students who stand to benefit most from and sustained mentorship, both inside and outside of the classroom. Since 2005, Moore has awarded Visionary Woman Scholarships with the goal of increasing opportunity and access to high-quality visual arts education to a broad and diverse array of talented women, many of whom may not have otherwise had the ability to pursue careers in art and design. Over 150 Moore students have benefitted from this scholarship, including 41in 2018. Moore developed the Visionary Woman Honors Program in 2014, pairing a $22,000 annual scholarship ($19,000 annually for transfer students) with four years of comprehensive training. Without the Visionary Woman Honors scholarship, I honestly would not be here right now.
