Conditionally admitted students in the traditional face-to-face MBA program can take no than 6 graduate credit hours during a traditional length semester.

Or better in each course. or lower in any graduate-level course will result in suspension from the graduate program.

Or lower in 5000 or 6000-level business courses will not be allowed to continue in the MBA program in subsequent semesters regardless of overall GPA.

Once you have submitted all required documents to the graduate school, your application will be forwarded to the specific program for review.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the University of Central Arkansas is designed to prepare students for upper management positions in business and related organizations. The program emphasizes teaming, communication, problem-solving, research, computer technology, case studies, and project-based instruction. It offers flexibility, allowing students to select an area of concentration that reflects their interests, including Finance, Health Care Administration (HCA), Information Management, and International Business.

The degree requirements for the MBA include 21 hours of core courses and 9 hours of electives, totalling 30 credit hours, with a required GPA of 3.00 or higher. Students with a non-business undergraduate degree must take prerequisite courses before enrolling in the MBA core courses. The core courses cover a range of topics including information technology for managers, accounting, financial decision-making, marketing strategy, strategic management, organizational behaviour, and operations and supply chain management.
