The Inter-University Program for Chinese Language Studies (IUP), formerly known as the ‘Stanford Center,’ is now in its 8th year in Beijing on the campus of Tsinghua University. IUP was originally established in Taipei, Taiwan in 1963 and in 1997 relocated to its current site in Beijing. UP currently offers a 32-week Academic Year Program, a 16-week Semester Option, and an 8-week Summer Intensive Program. CET Academic Programs is a private study abroad organization based in Washington, DC that has been designing and administering educational programs abroad since 1982.
