California State University has a graduate certificate program in Storytelling designed for persons with an interest in techniques, theories, and literature associated with the ancient and modern art of storytelling, and who will be able to incorporate this knowledge as an integral part of the school curriculum. The Bilingual Authorization Certificate Program is designed to provide students who already have obtained their Multiple Subjects, Single Subjects, or Education Specialists.
University of New Mexico has an Educational Specialist Certificate in Curriculum and Instruction offered for practitioners interested in studies beyond the master’s level, but not in a doctoral program. The certificate is intended to deepen knowledge and experiences in one area of interest to strengthen a practitioner’s contributions to schools, communities, and educational agencies. The certificate requires 30 hours beyond the master’s degree.
