The certificate introduces students to continuity and change in the Asian world, encompassing East Asia, the Middle East, and South Asia. The Center for Southeast Asian Studies offers a 15-credit hour Graduate Certificate Program in Southeast Asian Studies. This certificate is intended for U-M graduate-level students in LSA departments and U-M professional schools. The Asian Studies Graduate Certificate is awarded to individuals already admitted to a Georgetown University graduate program who have completed the relevant requirements. Students who wish to register for the certificate are asked to do so by the end of their first semester, but no later than the end of the first year of their graduate studies program.

The Asian Studies Graduate Certificate is awarded to individuals already admitted to a Georgetown University graduate program who have completed the relevant requirements.
