University of Illinois at Chicago: If applicant have taken the GRE within the past five years, applicant must request that scores be sent from ETS to UIC.

University of Connecticut:

Applicants must have completed a Baccalaureate degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university with a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA.

The GRE and Resident Affidavit are not required.
