College description: The Master of Accountancy (MAcc) program is designed for individuals who seek to obtain an advanced accounting degree-the standard for professional accountants, which fulfills the 150 credit hours of college education required to sit for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exams. Weatherhead’s Master of Accountancy program, fully accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), provides students with the technical expertise for long-term career success.
The Weatherhead School of Management Master of Accountancy admissions team is committed to recruiting a community of students with diverse perspectives and a range of robust educational, professional and life experiences.
1. To be eligible to apply for the Weatherhead MAcc program, applicants must have earned or are in process of earning an equivalent of a US bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Please note that a bachelor’s degree in accounting is not required to apply for the program.

College description: The MPAc program is STEM-designated and eligible students have the option to apply for up to 36 months of Optional Practical Training (OPT) upon graduation. This longer duration is especially attractive to companies interested in providing immigration sponsorship to international students.

In addition to the Online Application, applicants must complete the following:
1. Application fee (non-refundable) of $70
2. Official Transcripts: To expedite the review process, applicants should upload unofficial transcripts to the online application or via email to the admission office. Upon being accepted and committing to the program, applicants must mail in an official transcript for each undergraduate and graduate institution attended.
3. GMAT or GRE Test Results: Applicants can be waived from the GMAT or GRE requirement if they have 8 or more years of professional full-time work experience (or 5 years if they have a Master degree) along with an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better.
4. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), IELTS, or Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic): You must submit the TOEFL, IELTS or PTE Academic test if English is not the official language in your country.
5. Letters of recommendation: Letters of recommendation can either be submitted through the online application or they can be mailed to our office directly by the recommender on company letterhead.
6. Submit your current resume: This can be done through the online application.

College description: At the University of Oregon's Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree program at the Lundquist College of Business, students enhance and accelerate the professional knowledge and skills foundational to your accounting career.
