Master of Accounting

The MPAc program consists of 6 required classes

None of the university graduate classes are offered on-line, nor are any of the university required background accounting courses. Most of the required business background courses are also not offered on-line, although BMKT 341 , BMIS 311 , and BMGT 335 have been offered on-line during the summer term recently.
Thus, if applicant earn a "C" in a graduate class, applicant will not have a 3.0 GPA unless applicant earn an "A" in another graduate class with the same number of credits.
However, those grades will have a significant negative impact on their GPA.
It is also worth repeating that if applicant are preparing to apply for the MPAc program by completing the required background courses as a non-degree graduate student, applicant must earn a grade of "B" or higher in order for any of the 400-level accounting courses to count as electives toward their MPAc degree.
Many courses other than the MPAc required courses must be completed in this classification in order to progress to BUAC.
