There has been no change to graduate student funding levels or the standard admission process or the December 1 deadline for applications.
As applicant prepare their application materials, please also know that the Department of Anthropology no longer requires GRE scores as part of the application process.
The Candidate Statement is a very important part of the application. The candidate statement must be limited to 2,500 words. GRE scores are not required for application and are not part of the department’s evaluation process.

A minimum of 18 months in residency is also required for this option.
Graduate students are expected to maintain an overall GPA of 3.0.
