International applicants must submit a score of the Test of English as Foreign Language The minimum score is 550 on the paper TOEFL , 213 on the computer TOEFL , or 79 on the internet TOEFL TOEFL or IELTS must be taken within 2 years of planned entry data. TOEFL exemption can be considered if the applicants have a degree accredited from a the students.S. college or university or have completed at least two full-time semesters of graded course work at a the students.S. college or university prior to the anticipated semester of enrollment.
A $70.00 non-refundable Application Fee, in the form of a traveler’s check or money order payable in the United State, or pay by credit card.
The letter is a personal statement of interest and should appropriately contain any information that applicant feel is important about their academic or research experience.

All materials will be collected via the university online application system. No paper application materials will be accepted.
All components of the application must be submitted electronically for both domestic and international applicants. Please note that there is no need to submit official transcripts or test scores as part of the preliminary application process.

Unofficial transcripts - An unofficial copy of their transcript from each college and university attended is required.
If applicant are applying to the MS program in Genetic Counseling or the MS and PhD programs in Medical Physics, applicant must be able to provide their GRE scores to apply.
Application fee - A $50 application fee is required.
CV/Resume - A CV or resume is required and should include academic honors, awards received in college, employment history, internships, summer research programs, education history, etc.
The Research Statement is required if applicant are applying to the PhD program and MS program in Biomedical Sciences.
Each letter must be on institutional letterhead and signed by the recommender.
