Personal statement explaining their reasons for pursuing a Master of Science in Human Genetics & Genomics.
Letter of recommendation are not a mandatory element for program admissions.
Students for whom English is not their primary language must demonstrate English competency by scoring at least 500 or 173 or 61 and at least the current mean score on the Test of Spoken English if they did not take the iBT based test.

All materials will be collected via the university online application system. No paper application materials will be accepted.
All components of the application must be submitted electronically for both domestic and international applicants. Please note that there is no need to submit official transcripts or test scores as part of the preliminary application process.

Unofficial transcripts - An unofficial copy of their transcript from each college and university attended is required.
If applicant are applying to the MS program in Genetic Counseling or the MS and PhD programs in Medical Physics, applicant must be able to provide their GRE scores to apply.
Application fee - A $50 application fee is required.
CV/Resume - A CV or resume is required and should include academic honors, awards received in college, employment history, internships, summer research programs, education history, etc.
The Research Statement is required if applicant are applying to the PhD program and MS program in Biomedical Sciences.
Each letter must be on institutional letterhead and signed by the recommender.
