MSTP
Applicant need to complete the CWRU secondary application and submit their letters of recommendation. Applicant must indicate on the secondary application that applicant are applying to the MSTP.
There are two MD/PhD essays on the AMCAS application. The same questions appear on the secondary application from iApply.
If applicant indicated MD/PhD on the AMCAS application, and answered those questions on the AMCAS application, applicant do not need to answer the same questions on the secondary application from iApply.
All letters of recommendation must be submitted to the AMCAS letters service.
For BME applicants, the university prefer but do not require the GRE. The GRE is optional for students interested in any other graduate program.
Applicant can check on the status of their application any time by logging in to their CWRU iApply account.
The deadlines are November 1 for the AMCAS application and December 15 for the CWRU secondary application.
If applicant indicate on their secondary application that applicant are applying to both the MSTP and the University program.
Reviewing their own research and being ready to discuss it is the most important preparation.

Students must submit an application on the Centralized Application Service. The university require a bachelor’s degree in a field other than respiratory therapy, with a GPA of at least 2.75. Students should have completed all pre-requisite course work with a GPA of at least 3.0. The Bellarmine University does not require the GRE.

Rochester, Ithaca, and Binghamton are each 75 to 90 minutes from Syracuse by car on interstate highways, so it is feasible to live between the 2 cities and commute half the distance each day.
Most advanced coursework is based on original readings from the literature, so textbooks are not required.
Students continue to take electives based on their research interests as well as courses required by their program.By the end of the 2nd year, students pass a qualifying exam to go on as candidates for the doctoral degree.
Most of the university PhD students are NOT required to teach.
