Materials Science and Engineering Master’s and Master’s 4+1 Programs
The Tulane University Master of Science Degree in Materials Science and Engineering is an interdisciplinary degree that will focus on the fundamentals of material structure, material properties, material processing, and material modeling that are required to solve complex technological problems found in basic and applied sciences. The MSE degree program will provide preparation for professional practice in modern materials science for those engineers who wish to continue their education.Applicants must have completed at least 24 credit hours in science and engineeringApplicants must submit a transcript, GRE General Test scores, a personal statement, two letters of recommendation, and TOEFL or IELTS scoresA GPA of 3.0 is required for the degree to be conferred.
