Stanford University: In addition to the university entrance requirements, the university recommend the following: the GRE, MCAT, or PA-CAT examination completion of preparatory coursework at least 500 hours of preparatory experience three letters of reference and two application essays.While the university students have strong records of academic achievement, the Stanford University does not have a minimum GPA requirement, and the university no longer require completion of the GRE, MCAT, or PA-CAT the university will review all eligible applications regardless of prior coursework, test completion, or test scores.Completion of the GRE, MCAT, or PA-CAT is not required in order for applications to be eligible for review.

Boston University: All applicants are required to complete the Graduate Record Examination and possess a baccalaureate degree in a biological, natural or engineering science from an accredited university.The general GRE test is required.

MS in Medical Sciences

College description: The Master of Science in Medical Sciences program offers students a year of intense study and practical clinical experience. This graduate program is designed for students who have already completed pre-medical coursework and seek advanced study before applying to medical school or pursuing other health professions programs or related professional opportunities.

Applicants must have successfully completed the following courses at the undergraduate level wtihin the last five years: General Biology w/laboratory (one year), General Chemistry w/laboratory (one year), Organic Chemistry w/laboratory (one year), and General Physics w/laboratory (one year).

GPA Recommendations: 3.0 minimum cumulative grade point average recommended. All undergraduate and graduate coursework, whether included in the GPA calculation from your degree-granting institution or not, will be considered when determining the cumulative GPA for admission to this program.

Transcripts: Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions you have attended, with one showing completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution.

Letters of Recommendation: two academic or professional letters of recommendation are required.
