Theological and Religious Studies
The Graduate Record Exam is required for this program. There is no minimum required score on the GRE.
Proficiency can be demonstrated by the receipt of a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in the United States or from a university where English is the primary language of instruction All other applicants must achieve at least a minimum score on either the TOEFL or IELTS test. Applications will not be considered without GRE or TOEFL/IELTS scores.
TOEFL: A minimum score of 80 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language
IELTS: A minimum score of 7.0 from the International English Language Testing System.
Division of Nutritional Sciences
Prospective students should complete the Graduate College Online Application for admission.
Letters of Recommendation: Three supporting letters of recommendation must be received before the application can receive full consideration for admission.
Graduate Record Examination : The Division of Nutritional Sciences requires candidates to take the GRE exam; however, no minimum score is required for admission.
English Proficiency: If their native language is not English , applicant must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language exam or International English Language Testing System test within two years prior to enrollment. Arrangements to take these exams should be made directly with either service
No minimum EPT score is required for admission; however, based on test results it may be recommended that students enroll in ESL 500 & 501.
Master of Science
Must have application and all documentation submitted by February 1st for admission in autumn semester.
Statement of Purpose: A brief autobiographical statement describing the applicant’s educational and professional objectives.
There is no minimum GRE score requirement for admission. All GRE scores must be received by February 1st. To be valid, the GRE test must have been taken in the past five years.
Letters of Recommendation: applicant must provide three letters. Letters of Recommendation will not be accepted from family or friends.

The Graduate Record Examination is not required of applicants to the Combined OD/MS program.

The applicant must take the Graduate Record Examination Verbal, Quantitative, and Analytical examination, and have the scores reported to Loyola University Chicago. Foreign applicants must also take the Test of English as a Foreign Language and have scores reported to Loyola University Chicago.
Applicants for the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology or IPBS program apply online with no application fee. Evaluations are made on entire, complete application packet, and the deadline for all materials is March 15 for academic year applied. The Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Graduate Program has no minimum required GRE or TOEFL scores and applicants are evaluated using a holistic approach.

The purpose of the letters of recommendation, as is the case with all required application materials, is to make the best case applicant possibly can for their admission to graduate studies in Political Science.

Scores are valid for five years from the date that applicant took the test and must be valid at the time that applicant submit their application. Applicant are responsible for including their test score on the online application and ensuring that Pearson VUE or ETS is able to release and send their official score report to NYU Stern. While an official test score is required for a final decision, the Admissions Committee can begin the review of their application with an unofficial test score.
The Admissions Committee will proceed with the evaluation of their application using their submitted score and may issue a decision prior to receiving additional test scores.
NYU Stern has no minimum GMAT, GRE or GMAC Executive Assessment score requirement.

If applicant do not have post-college work experience, please include information on any internships and part-time employment in their résumé and provide thorough answers to the application questions about activities and achievements.
Before submitting an application, all applicants are required to acknowledge the admission policies outlined and electronically sign the Statement of Certification.
Prior to submitting their online application, applicant will be prompted to pay the non-refundable application fee. Their application is not complete until the university receive payment of the application fee.
The application fee is non-refundable and may not be applied toward any future applications at NYU Stern or other NYU programs.

Once applicant receive approval, their recommender must obtain a certified English translation through a translating service and submit it in a sealed envelope with the original recommendation and endorse the envelope across the seal.
Requests should include a detailed rationale for the application fee waiver and will be considered by the Admissions Committee on a case-by-case basis.
Once an application fee is paid by an applicant, it is non-refundable.
This will not delay the evaluation of their application.

If applicant are not offered admission to the MSQM or withdraw their application, applicant may request to re-apply to the same program with a different start date or applicant may request to apply to a different program.
