University of California-Irvine, admission to graduate standing is generally accorded to those possessing at least a B. Those seeking admission without the prerequisite scholarship record should undertake remedial work prior to the program.
The Samueli and Paul Merage Schools will evaluate applicants on their prior academic record and their potential for management and leadership as demonstrated in submitted application materials including work experience and in an interview. These materials will include university transcripts, GRE test scores, TOEFL test scores resume, letters of recommendation, and a Statement of Purpose.
Official TOEFL or IELTS Score Report Please note that an 80 or higher is required on the TOEFL iBT or an overall minimum score of 7 for admission, with a score of no less than 6 on any individual module is required on the IELTS.
Transcripts Please note that a 3.0 out of 4.0 scale GPA is the minimum required for admissions.

The university department admits graduate students on the basis of their academic achievements, letters of recommendation, statement of purpose, work experience and Graduate Records Examination scores. There are no minimum grade point averages or GRE scores: the admissions committee reviews each application carefully to determine the overall demonstrated and potential ability.
The GRE exam is required of all applicants, while the TOEFL is required of most international applicants whose first language is not English.
GRE scores can be no older than 5 years prior to their application.
TOEFL scores must be no older than 18 months prior to their application.

Applicants are required to submit two essays as part of the online application to the MFE program. The application essays help the Admissions Committee become acquainted with applicants as individuals, and they demonstrate an applicant's ability to write concisely and economically.

If applicant have only held internship positions, applicant may list them on their resume, however, applicant must indicate that they were internships and report the start and end date of each one.
TOEFL or IELTS scores are required of all applicants whose native language is not English.
TOEFL test scores are valid for two years. Please note that applicant must sit for the ESLPE regardless of their score on the TOEFL, IELTS or any other English proficiency test.
Once an application is completed, the Admissions Committee may request an interview with a prospective student.

College description: The Masters of Science in Engineering Technology Innovation Management in ETIM and Integrated Study in Computer Science degree , created by and offered only at Carnegie Mellon University, takes their current technical strengths and adds the critical skills applicant need to lead, foster, and manage technological innovation while creating real value in an ever-changing marketplace.This ETIM program positions graduates to lead and support the transformation of these organizations. This four-semester program provides graduates with a foundation in current and emerging computation that will enable them to be a technological innovation leader. ETIM CSX is a highly competitive masters program for engineers with a background in programming and computation.
In the online application applicant will be given the option of choosing a first choice program and a second choice program. Applicants should only submit one application that indicates a first preference and an optional second preference.
During application reviews the admissions committee will consider their qualifications for the other INI program applicant've indicated.
Application to the university programs has consistently increased year after year. Admission is based on many factors including their academic record, GRE test scores, letters of recommendation, programming skills, and written and spoken English abilities. The university also consider any work/internship experience, research experience, publications, their essay responses, and all other information applicant submit in their online application.
The INI does not use a "formula" to rank applicants for acceptance, and thus there is no magic number in terms of GRE scores, GPA, etc. Any further evaluation must be undertaken by the admissions committee once a full application is available for review.

Apply Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan
College description: The program may be completed entirely on campus, entirely online, or through a combination of on-campus and online courses. Provide knowledge of topics inherent and common to all engineering disciplines, e.g., systems engineering, total quality management, production management, management of product/process design. Provide the requisite knowledge and skills to manage the engineering function at both lower and upper levels of management. Provide experience in integrating technical and management aspects in “real life” engineering project or problem. This course requirement may be completed after admission into the program. Master’s thesis will replace Capstone Project and Elective requirements in the program.
