Online Master of Law Program in U.S. Law
Candidates must have an LL.B. or equivalent degree to be considered for acceptance into the program. LSAT and GRE scores are not required.

Online Master Degree in Legal Studies
Admission requirements for Online Master of Legal Studies are:
1.A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
2.GPA of at least 3.0.
3.A completed application
Official transcripts from all universities or colleges and other post-secondary educational.
4.One letter of recommendation (professional or academic).
5.Resume.

Standardized test score reports (GMAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT) is not required.

MLS Online
Admission requirements for MLS are:
1.A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in the United States or attained a comparable degree from a foreign institution.
2.**Graduate school entrance exams such as LSAT, GRE, GMAT are not required.
3.Writing sample.
4.Two letters of recommendation.
5.Transcripts from all institutions attended, including the transcript showing a bachelor's degree was conferred.
6.For International applicants the minimum TOEFL score is 600 (paper) or 90 (internet), an IELTS score is 7.0, OR a PTE score is 64.

Admission standards to UC Irvine require a minimum 3.0 GPA, but some special considerations may apply.
Their statement will be formally evaluated and is a significant part of their application. The Personal History and Statement of Purpose writing samples are submitted electronically as part of their online application. The Personal History should be 600 words or less and the Statement of Purpose should be 800 words or less.
This is more specific than the prompt outlined within the standard graduate application.
