ROSE-BUD Scholars will retain their scholarships as long as they maintain a GPA of at least 2.75, remain enrolled full-time in one of the selected majors, and participate in the required activities. Only the students.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible to for the Rose-BUD Scholarship.
