Students must have financial need (gap in funding) after all available grant scholarship and loan aid has been utilized up to direct cost for tuition and fees. The student is not in default on a Title IV loan received at any institution. The student is not concurrently receiving Title IV financial aid from another institution of higher education. The student does not owe a refund or repayment on a Federal Pell Grant, ACG, National SMART Grant, or Federal SEOG. All Federal Grant disbursements will begin in Week 3 of each qualifying student’s award period. Textbooks are included in the cost of tuition and charges, therefore Title IV eligible students will not receive early disbursements of the Federal Pell Grant. All students who apply for federal financial aid are required to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
