Dr. Delavan received this award from the Ohio Chapter of the National Delta Kappa Gamma sorority for teachers. The Annie Webb Blanton Scholarship is offered to members of the Alpha Delta State Ohio Educational Foundation to provide stipends for graduate study in education.

Victoria County Retired Teachers Association Scholarship: Awarded to a full-time junior or senior education major in the Access to Success Program with a minimum 2.50 GPA and Victoria County residency. Victoria Institute of Lifetime Learning Scholarship: Awarded to a full-time junior or senior education major in the Access to Success Program with a minimum 2.50 GPA and Victoria County residency. Calhoun Memorial Scholarship: Awarded to a nursing major enrolled at least half time with a minimum 2.0 grade-point average. Dr. Thomas Martin Scholarship: Awarded to graduate students enrolled at least half-time from Victoria, Calhoun, Refugio, Goliad, DeWitt, Lavaca, or Jackson County with a minimum 3.00 grade-point average and proven leadership skills. Florence Nightingale Memorial Endowed Scholarship: Awarded to a nursing student from Calhoun, DeWitt, Gonzales, Jackson, Lavaca, Refugio or Victoria counties. Janet Leatherwood Scholarship: Awarded to a nursing major in good academic standing. Johnson Foundation Endowed Scholarship: Awarded to students from Aransas, Bee, Calhoun, Colorado, DeWitt, Goliad, Gonzales, Jackson, Karnes, Lavaca, Matagorda, Refugio, Victoria, Wharton counties with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Up to 50 percent of scholarship funding is given to nursing students. The scholarship is for a Hispanic nursing student. Johnson Foundation Nursing Scholarship: Awarded to students dedicated to the nursing profession with demonstrated community service.

The purpose of the fund is to assist students in good standing in attaining a degree in teacher education. Wagener and Robert Rhyne, established this scholarship as a lasting tribute to their memory. This scholarship was established by Glynn Mathis, an alumnus of Georgia Southwestern and a retired career educator in the State of Georgia. This scholarship is to be awarded to a student enrolled in GSW, with a major in Secondary Education, Middle Grades Education, or Nursing. This scholarship is awarded to two students each academic year who are first semester juniors, admitted to teacher education, and has maintained the GPA set by the teacher education admission policy. Scholarship is renewable if funds are available and student remains in good standing in the program and maintains the 3.0. Preference is given to a student who has been admitted into the teacher education program. Students are eligible to reapply, and the scholarship may be awarded to than one student.
David Jacque Allen Scholarship: Cumulative gpa of 3.0 or better Sport Leisure Studies major or Physical Education Teacher Education. A student receiving this scholarship would be denoted as the Joe Sherrill Scholar. Students who have applied and been admitted by the West College of Education into the teacher education program would receive $9,000, an amount equivalent to approximately 27 hours of coursework at the graduate level.
