DESCRIPTION

The Support Creativity Scholarship is for passionate designers, animators, editors, photographers, artists, illustrators, and painters, who wish to develop their skills at higher education institutions in the New York area.

The Support Creativity Scholarship offers 4 awards in total, one from each category.

  • $1,000 World Undergraduate Scholarship applicant must be an enrolled undergraduate student in the fall. U.S. citizenship is NOT required.
  • $1,000 World Graduate Scholarship applicant must be an enrolled graduate student in the fall. U.S. citizenship is NOT required.
  • $1,000 Undergraduate Scholarship applicant must be an enrolled freshman, sophomore, junior, senior (even super senior) in the fall.
  • $1,000 Graduate Scholarship applicant must be an enrolled graduate school in the fall.

The selection of the award is based on the student's project, their application, and an indication of financial need. The selection will be made by Support Creativity.

Student who wants to apply must be majoring in specific creative fields which includes graphic design (design, digital art, digital design, digital media, electronic art, electronic media, or entertainment art, visual communication), illustration, motion graphics (3D graphics, animation, broadcast design, digital media, electronic media, electronic art, visual effects), videography (video editing, cinematography, film, web design (web development, Wix web designer)

To be eligible you need to match the following criteria:

  • Must be a passionate creative student.
  • Attend a college or graduate school in the New York area (NY, NJ, CT, or PA)
  • Major in graphic design, illustration, motion graphics, videography, or web design.
