SHINESTY PLAY HARD SCHOLARSHIPS
Shinesty's goal is to convince the planet to take itself less seriously by making the most bizarre clothing collection ever seen. They want to reward college students who embrace Shinesty's "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality in favor of this project. Shinesty is proud to give both the Work Hard Scholarship and the Play Hard Scholarship to students who want to see the world take themselves less seriously by excelling academically and socially.
Sixth City Marketing College Scholarship
College costs will easily add up as you factor in classes, room and board, books, and other expenses. Earning a degree isn't cheap. Sixth City Marketing is pleased to launch a one-time scholarship for new and present college and university students. The scholarship will be charged directly to the university and will be applied to graduate or student tuition and/or on-campus room and board.
Entries will be evaluated for spelling and grammar as well as overall storytelling. This is a one-time scholarship. And the scholarship can only be used for tuition, books, or on-campus room and board
College Monk Short Essay Scholarship
The College Monk No Essay scholarship has no GPA provisions. The scholarship's aim is to offer financial aid to high school graduates or college students attending an accredited university in the United States. The scholarship is given out once a year and is open to all qualifying students regardless of race, national origin, or immigration status. The scholarship winner will be chosen based on the essay submitted.
Schneider Hammers Scholarship
This scholarship is designed to assist candidates who have exemplary character and a strong contribution to community service. Any American citizen who will be attending a college, university, graduate school, or law school in the United States within the current calendar year is eligible for this scholarship. This scholarship is only open to candidates with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
This one-time scholarship grant will be submitted directly to the winner's college or university's registrar's office and will be used to pay tuition, taxes, lodging, and/or books up to the Rate of Attendance. This scholarship will not be renewed. In addition to an essay, applicants must submit an official transcript and one letter of recommendation from an employer or professor/teacher.
Swopsmart National Scholarship
Swopsmart, a leading smartphone buyback provider, has developed the Swopsmart Scholarship Initiative, which will grant scholarships to the recipient. Their hope is that they will be able to relieve some of the financial pressure that students face while paying for college-related expenses.
Swopsmart intends to award one scholarship every academic year. Applicants are expected to register at least once a year. Winners, though, are only considered for the Swopsmart Scholarship once.
Rotary Scholarship
This scholarship initiative is a vocational service project of the Rotary Club of Asbury Park that aims to assist and inspire Asbury Park, Neptune, Ocean Township, and Academy Charter High School seniors to achieve a post-secondary degree with a focus on community service. The Asbury Park Rotary Club anticipates awarding up to one scholarship to each of the four high schools. Each chosen recipient will receive a scholarship, which will be paid in equivalent annual installments for the first two years of their particular post-secondary educational program. This scholarship is paid directly to the recipient and is intended to be used for books and other college expenses.
The first payment will be made after the first semester is completed successfully, and the second payment will be made after the third semester is completed successfully. The Rotary Club of Asbury Park will vote on eligibility and prizes depending on the candidate list.
Gates Millennium Scholars Program
The goal of the Gates Millennium Scholars (GMS) program is to encourage academic excellence and provide an opportunity for outstanding minority students with substantial financial need to achieve their highest potential by reducing financial barriers for students with high academic and leadership promiscuity in African American, American Indian/Alaska Resident, Asian Pacific Islander American and Hispanic American
Each year, GMS has chosen 1,000 new scholars and we are now supporting more than 20,000 Gates Scholars. Around 54 percent of scholars are first-generation learners, the first to go to college in their communities. After receiving a Bachelor's degree, close to 37.5 percent of Gates Millennium Scholars transition to graduate school.
Fund II Foundation UNCF STEM Scholars Program
The Fund II Foundation UNCF STEM Scholars Program will identify 500 African American high school students who are determined to pursue careers in STEM fields. These students will receive scholarships, internships, mentoring and other tools to help them reach their goals. The Fund II Foundation is contributing $48 million for the STEM Scholars Program.
The UNCF STEM Scholarship provides last-dollar funding. The total amount owed to your institution is subtracted with scholarships, grants, and aid in your package along with your expected family contribution (EFC). Your financial aid office calculates your financial package and reports the remaining amount to us. The STEM Scholarship then provides funding up to $2,500 each academic year for freshman and sophomore years and $5,000 for junior and senior years. A $5,000 stipend is available for an approved STEM related internship.

Old School Labs $1,000 Scholarship
At Old School Labs, they believe in questioning the status quo and assisting others in doing the same. It took a collaborative effort from scientists, nutritionists, and designers to re-invent a high-quality, nutritious supplement.
Any of this, though, would not have been possible without a decent education.
It is their desire that they will pay it forward and assist someone else in achieving their goals and beginning to challenge the status quo. Per year, one scholarship is awarded.
OppU Achievers Scholarship
The OppU Achievers Scholarship recognizes and rewards accomplishment in all of its aspects, as well as those that build opportunities for themselves and others.
The scholarship, which was established in 2016, offers scholarships for present or prospective educational expenses. Scholarships are awarded four times a year. The OppU Achievers Scholarship awards individuals who have shown exceptional achievement.
NJCPA Scholarship
The NJCPA Scholarship Fund awards one-year tuition scholarships to accounting students at New Jersey colleges who are in their junior or senior year and planning to attend an accounting-related graduation program in New Jersey.
Academic results, an essay, and a personal interview are used to determine scholarship recipients.
AARP Foundation Women's Scholarship Program
The Women's Scholarship Program of the AARP Foundation allows women with low incomes to achieve opportunities. Education, training and skills upgrades were funded by the Foundation's scholarship program, leading to improved job prospects and enhanced financial stability for women and their families.
Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Scholarship Program
In support of students attending accredited historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) nationally, the Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Scholarship Program was established.
Each year, the program will award two $10,000 scholarships to outstanding HBCU seniors (one female and one male student) who have displayed high academic achievement, good leadership skills, community service dedication, and unmet financial need.
Academic Competitiveness and National SMART Grants
The Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG) and National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent (National SMART Grant) Programs are the two student grant programs. These grants enable students to take more difficult courses in high school—making college success more possible, according to research—and to pursue high-demand college majors in the global economy, such as astronomy, mathematics, technology, engineering, and essential foreign languages, which were enacted to meet the rising need for better math and science instruction.
UNCF K-12 Education Fellowship Program
The UNCF K-12 Education Fellowship Program is an initiative for leadership and talent growth aimed at creating a strong pipeline of high-performing African Americans interested in the reform of education in America.
Fellows are expected to work 30-40 hours a week during their internship and assume full staff duties. Fellows work in fields such as activism, legislation, science, marketing, and/or education/teaching to complete projects. Before beginning their internships, students accepted into the Fellowship are expected to attend and engage in 3 to 4 days of leadership and professional development training.
Fellows will focus on their experience in the summer, build a success plan that leverages the talents they have gained, learn about post-graduate fellowships and graduate schools, and meet with job recruiters.
Toyota UNCF Scholarship
Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. is known within the automotive industry as one of the world leaders. Toyota has collaborated with UNCF to provide students who have an interest in the automotive industry with scholarship opportunities. A scholarship of up to $7,500 will be offered to the chosen recipients.
Students must complete the online application for full award consideration, including an essay outlining their career goals within the automotive industry. In order to apply suggestions online, candidates must also invite two references. The academic output of students must be familiar with one of the references. In addition, the applicants can apply for their new transcript and resume.
Black Winemakers Scholarship
A merit-based scholarship to help full-time, African American juniors, seniors, or graduate students (MS and/or Ph.D.) attending any U.S. accredited, four-year or graduate college or university is the Black Winemakers Scholarship Program.
Students must submit an online application for the program to enroll, which must include a recommendation letter from a member of the faculty, a one-page essay on "How I will Improve Diversity in the Wine Industry" a current resume, and a current transcript.
Myra Levick Scholarship Fund
Available to a student member with a current, or most recent, GPA of at least 3.00 who can demonstrate financial need and acceptance or enrollment in a graduate art therapy program. Students applying for this award are strongly encouraged to attend the conference. Scholarship Award: Up to $1,000.00
Minority Teacher Education Scholarship (MTES) at Florida University
Offered by the Florida Fund for Minority Teachers (FFMT), this scholarship is available for African-American, Hispanic, Asian, and Native-American students enrolled in a teacher education program. This program helps these students pursue a career in teaching. Many states and organizations in the United States offer the Minority Teacher Education Scholarship (MTES) to support minority students pursuing careers in teaching.
Eligibility criteria:
The eligibility criteria for the Minority Teacher Education Scholarship is:
- You need to be a graduate student and also need to attend a four-year college or university for full time.
- Minority Status: If you want to get enrolled, you must belong to an underrepresented minority group, which can include African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Asian American, or other minority groups, depending on the specific program.
- U.S. Citizenship or Legal Residency: This scholarship program needs you to be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Enrollment in a Teacher Education Program: You must generally be enrolled or planning to get enrolled in a teacher education program at an accredited institution. This program might also provide you with a teaching certification or degree.
- Academic Achievement: Based on each program, there are certain GPA requirements, To clear these eligibility criteria you must qualify for the GPA requirement of your certain program. A minimum of at least a 2.5 GPA should be maintained
- Commitment to Teaching: You must ensure that you are committed towards the profession of teaching. It is restricted to students studying education.
