AWAM’s Scholarship Program supports the diverse skills required in the field of Aviation Maintenance.

Addiction Awareness Scholarship Campaign
To raise awareness as to the causes, consequences, and treatment of addiction, Seasons in Malibu, an addiction treatment center, is seeking to reward essay applicants $1,500 in scholarships- for students entering college or already enrolled in a higher education institution. The aim of the scholarship is to bring attention as to why addiction, in various forms, is becoming more prevalent in our society and how can we address the issue of an increasing number of people dealing with addiction. The scholarship is open to any major who can shed light on this issue. It may be a personal story that you can share or a more researched essay.

William C. Johnson Distinguished Scholarship
The William C. Johnson Distinguished Scholarship recognizes academic excellence and outstanding service to the Society at the local, regional, and/or national level. Applications should demonstrate both academic achievement and campus, community, and chapter service; applicants should explain the relevance of their program of study to fostering the discipline of English, including literature, language, writing, and literacy. This scholarship requires applicants to submit, in addition to the application information and scholarship essay, a paper originally submitted as coursework and a declaration of authorship.

Auburn University researchers tracked 131 students for four years and discovered that a staggering 70% gained weight by graduation (an average of 12, and up to 37 pounds). Vegetarian Resource Scholarships
The Vegetarian Resource Group each year will award $20,000 in college scholarship money to graduating U.S. high school students who have promoted vegetarianism in their schools and/or communities. Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish, or fowl. Vegans are vegetarians who do not use other animal products such as dairy or eggs.
Applicants will be judged on having shown compassion, courage, and a strong commitment to promoting a peaceful world through a vegetarian diet/lifestyle. Payment will be made to the student's college (U.S.-based only).

ETSU International Students Scholarships
The International Students Academic Merit Scholarship is available to eligible new international students seeking a graduate or undergraduate degree. Scholarship may not be combined with other scholarships that cover tuition costs (Creative Arts, Honors in Discipline, Grad Assistantship, Graduate Tuition Scholarship, Government funding, Fulbright grants, etc. Scholarship cannot be used when students are paying in-state, or Erate tuition.

Cochlear Implant Recipient Scholarship
Cochlear offers several prestigious scholarships in honor of the amazing innovators who developed our hearing solutions.
The Cochlear Graeme Clark Scholarship is a unique award open to Cochlear Nucleus Implant recipients. Applicants must be a citizen of the United States or Canada.
The Cochlear Anders Tjellström Scholarship is a unique award open to Baha recipients. Applicants must be a citizen of the United States or Canada.
Scholarship applicants must be a Baha or Nucleus recipient.
Scholarship value is $2,000 per year for up to four years.
Scholarship is paid in annual installments upon completion of each year of study.
Five Graeme Clark and 3 Anders T. Tjellström scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic achievement and a demonstrated commitment to the Cochlear ideals of leadership and humanity.
Applications are reviewed by an internal Scholarship Selection Committee and final scholarship winners are selected by a committee of hearing healthcare professionals.
Winners will be notified of the Scholarship Selection Committee decision via email.
George and Lavinia Blick Research Fund
The George and Lavinia Blick Research Fund was established to support research across the academic health center, and the scholar program has been used to recognize and support the outstanding research of junior faculty. The award honors health sciences, faculty, at the assistant professor level who have demonstrated growth toward achieving national or international recognition for their research, developed a record of obtaining external funding, and whose research is collaborative.
The George and Lavinia Blick Research Fund was established through a generous $2 million gift to be used to fund medical research on the MCV Campus.

Barbara J. Thompson Scholarship
One-time awards of up to $2,500 are available for graduates or current graduating seniors of any accredited high school physically located within the Santa Cruz City Schools District who have a minimum 3.0 GPA, are US citizens who have resided in Santa Cruz County for three of the past four years, and have participated in three of the following during their high school years: Employment, Family Care, Community Involvement, Volunteer Work, and Sports.
Sunrise Humanitarian Scholarship for Masters Programs
Claremont Lincoln University, an online by design graduate school providing a socially conscious education, is pleased to announce its "Sunrise Humanitarian Scholarship" fund for new students who are passionate about humanitarian work. Student awardees may receive individual partial tuition ranging up to 10%. The tuition amount at CLU ranges from $18000 to $25200. The 10% of the tuition is offered by this scholarship, i.e., $1800 to $2520 is awarded to the students
CLU / City Year Masters Scholarships
Claremont Lincoln University is proud to partner with the City Year Alumni Association which seeks to be a unique and diverse lifelong resource, community, and experience to advance City Year’s impact and alumni leadership development. As a community of idealists, City Year alumni will take up the challenge to become Leaders for Life to address the needs of their communities and to continue to change the world long after they have taken off their City Year jacket. One of the many opportunities that the City Year Alumni Association provides is scholarship and education opportunities to develop its Leaders for Life. With this new partnership, CLU will offer 50% annual tuition scholarships to City Year alumni. The scholarships award 50% of tuition, for up to five (5) recipients per year.
Changemaker Scholarship for Masters Programs
The Be A Leader Foundation and Claremont Lincoln University are providing two (2) scholarships for up to 25% off tuition for BALF students to apply and pursue their master's degree.
Tuition at CLU is between $23,100 - 25,200, depending on your program choice. Aside from the cost of books, there are no additional fees or expenses. If you are selected for the Changemaker Scholarship, you will be notified of the specific dollar amount of your scholarship in your award letter.
Your scholarship will generally not cover your full program tuition costs. You will need to work with the Office of Student Financial Services to select how you would like to fund the balance of your tuition. Some of the ways students can elect to pay tuition charges include securing student loans through Title IV federal financial aid, making cash payments, applying for private loans through the lender of their choice, employer tuition reimbursement programs, or by finding an additional scholarship or grant programs for which they may be eligible.
Students receive a 10% discount on non-credit professional certificate programs (self-paced): Mindful Leadership, Women Leading Change, Beyond Bias, Human-Centered Design for Social Impact, Digital Storytelling for Social Impact and Anti-human Trafficking.
Para Los Niños Educational Growth Scholarships for Masters Programs
Claremont Lincoln University, an online by design graduate school focusing on providing a socially conscious education announced its partnership with Para Los Niños.
Para Los Niños employees will receive a 10% scholarship toward tuition for all CLU master's degrees.
CLU programs can help Para Los Niños employees "take it to the next level" in both their work and in their careers.
